This unique project was built downtown in a building over 100 years old with the original ceiling joist and brick interior walls. The job required a complete gutting of three full floors creating an open floor for over 400 employees. Intricate elements like acoustical ceiling clouds, acoustical sound baffles, and carpet tiles were utilized to keep sound at bay. The job also contained creative attributes like a Dolly Parton room, a soundproof band room, Slinky ceiling with LED lighting, and a hidden door on a graphic wall.

The Flow Team had the privilege of working in this space first in 2019 and again post December 2020 to restore the building back to its original brilliance.
